Egoby

Inspired mainly by Hiphop / EDM / Classical, it all started by being raised around pionners of skateboarding and hiphop at an early age, watching Hokus Pokus vol. 1 then discovering Hiphop through his brother's journey as a Hiphop Deejay. It's in the 80's and 90's, that Egoby discovered and analysed every style of music possible in extreme sports, video games, movie soundtracks. In the late 90's, early 2000, he spent a lot of time in DnB / Tech / Hiphop parties, events and clubs, nothing professional though, just for fun. He started working in the music industry in the mid 2000's mainly as a videographer / DOP / music video director, then started producing music as a hobby. On that journey he met Trance music's pioneer Bruno Sanchionni. Working with Bruno has been an eye opening experience in which Egoby understood that his calling as a music producer was getting louder. He started releasing tracks as Boudha-K but the name wasn't reflecting the true nature of the artist. He wasn't convinced that his state of mind was close to the one of Boudha. In order to unleash its potential, he had to say bye to his ego, by embracing the fact that he wasn't wise enough and had a lot to experience and learn. In 2021, as he was starting a new life in Barcelona, all his plans got cancelled by lockdowns, and the situation forced him to rethink his lifestyle and purpose. That's when he decided that sharing his passion for music would be his focus. Egoby was born.
